How will I be invoiced?

Invoices for support will be sent out to plan managers weekly except in the case of self-managed clients where invoices will be sent out weekly to them or their nominated person of contact.

Can I contribute to deciding how my supports, respite services, supported travel etc are delivered?

Yes, at Love2Live Support Services I deliver client-led, person-centred support. I am passionate about working with my clients to deliver individualised support plans that are chosen and controlled by the client for the client (or with the assistance of their parent/guardian/family member). Working hand in hand with the client to work out the best approach to achieve their goals and help clients lead enriched lives.

What is Love2Live’s cancellation policy?

Where participants fail to present/cancel the appointment (no show/fail to attend/cancel without appropriate notification – being cancellations that occur after 48hrs before the appointment or scheduled support. In the case of respite holidays, etc whereby accommodation has been booked etc and travel is required 3 - 7 days’ notice must be given.
